Delivery
We use either NZ Post or another premium courier for all deliveries within New Zealand. We provide Free Shipping for orders over $100, New Zealand Wide or $10 fee will be applied for orders less than $100.
Delivery time is 3-14 business days from dispatch, depending on where you are in New Zealand. Please also allow 1-2 business days for processing of your order. We endeavour to process our orders as quickly as possible. All deliveries are issued with a tracking number to track your parcel.
Returns
Holiday Return Policy:
Items purchased at the Online Store received between 10 December and 25 December may be returned until 25 January of the following year. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Online Store Sales and Refunds Policy are still applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after 25 December are subject to the Standard Return Policy.
NO RISK 30 DAY EXCHANGES, RETURN AND REFUNDS
If you would like to return your purchases, please contact us via email first (support@uggexpress.co.nz) to get the return approved. In your email, please kindly provide your order information and the service you require. You will then receive a confirmation email with your ticket number and instructions about how to return. We offer returns for items that were purchased within 30 days.
Note:
- The original shipping costs (if any) are not refundable,
- The items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, must be unworn and unused, with the original tags still attached.
- If you would like to return your purchase because of size or simply change your mind, the return postage will be at your cost, while we cover the second delivery if the exchange is needed. All costs related to the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If we sent you a faulty or wrong item, we will provide you with a return label to send it back.
- Please make sure you include a note in the return parcel with your order number, name, request and delivery address.
- Any products that are returned that do not comply with the original condition standards will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Please note that if the item you wish to exchange sells out during the after-sales process, the system will automatically convert your request to a refund.
Warranty
Our products are warranted for 3 months against defective materials and workmanship; however, this does not extend to issues arising from normal wear and tear. Changes in product design, fit, or style over time, as well as any alterations made after purchase—such as dyeing, patching, or repairs by third parties—are not covered under warranty. Over time, excessive wear, extreme use, or misuse—including but not limited to sole wear, scratches, holes, discolouration, tearing, improper repairs, deformation, damage caused by sweat, moisture, or water, as well as burns from cigarettes or campfires, and stains from mud or grass—are not covered under warranty. Claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase to verify that the product was sold through an authorised retailer.
Furthermore, accidental damage—such as that caused by pets, direct heat exposure, food, arts and crafts materials, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, playground equipment, or sharp objects—along with water damage, is not covered. Dark-colored sheepskin may experience slight dye transfer during initial wear, while lighter-colored sheepskin may absorb ink from clothing; such discolouration is not considered a defect and is therefore excluded from warranty coverage. Given that sheepskin is a natural material, slight variations in colour and texture may occur, contributing to the uniqueness and beauty of each product, and these natural characteristics, which may also affect fit and wear, are not considered defects. Additionally, sheepskin products may carry a mild natural scent; to minimise this, we recommend airing them out in a well-ventilated area.
