Superfast delivery and very good quality (I usually wear birkenstock and I am happy to have found a less expensive alternative)
I love the slides but sadly the size I ordered was too big so I couldn’t wear them. There was no return slip in the box so tried contacting customer support to exchange for a smaller size - after emailing 3 times still no response. Really disappointing customer service!
I have sent two messages wanted an exchange/return as I purchased the wrong size however I have had no response.
Delivery
We provide Free Shipping for orders over $100 New Zealand Wide or $9.95 will be charged for orders less than $100. We use either NZ Post and another premium courier for all deliveries within New Zealand.
Delivery time is 1-6 business days from dispatch depending on where you are in New Zealand. Please also allow 1-2 business days for processing of your order. We endeavour to process our orders as quickly as possible. All deliveries are issued with a tracking number to track your parcel.
Returns
NO RISK 30 DAY EXCHANGES, RETURN AND REFUNDS
If you want to return the footwear please contact us via email first (support@uggexpress.co.nz) to get the return approved. You will then receive a confirmation email with your case number and instructions about how to return. We offer returns for 30 days.

- If you simply change your mind or change size, you need to pay for the return postage while we cover the second deliver if the exchange is needed.
